founded in Majorca in 1994. The concept was to establish a sales centre

houses and fincas, as well as building plots.
We also conduct professional
rentals for business premisses, hotels, warehouses and business takeovers.
GLOBO21 offers properties ranging from small studios to rent from 400
euros, to private villas for sale, up to 100 million euros.
Over the years we have
successfully built up good and trusting relationships with clients,
contractors, administrators and many celebrities, so that we are now
expanding our company further. We have now formed a legally approved
franchise network with the protected brand/logo GLOBO21.
Within the next
10 years we intend to expand worldwide and are currently planning 24
franchise licences in carefully chosen locations throughtout Majorca. Two
further sales offices are planned, one in Menorca and one in Ibiza, after
which GLOBO21 will embark upon its worldwide expansion.
Sales offices will
be set up and assigned to professionally chosen franchisees. Our aim is to
establish the trademark GLOBO21 worldwide.
