How do we
proceed?
We will
not charge you a royalty like the majority of our competitors. The first
step is the application. The second is a personal interview.
The third step is the search and selection of a location. The following
move is to select the branch office by mutual agreement. We will then
avail you of our proposal with no obligation for the hand over “key in
hand” as detailed above.
All our
costs and tariffs will be included in the proposal. If you were to be in
agreement with our proposal we would guarantee the financing and formalise
a franchise contract for both parties’ security. We would then commence the
preparations for your Property Consultancy and Sales Centre.
The
Investment
It is
impossible to establish a fixed amount as it depends on several individual
factors such as the office, the condition it may be in, the location, the
size and the state of the same. We have prime locations available, for
which a conveyance fee has to be paid. This can
be up to six figures for an empty office space. As you can see it is hard
to define. There are also many other good locations that you only need to
rent. It is not necessary for you to have the entire amount of the
investment at your disposal; we could probably finance it for you. You
should have at your disposal private capital of at least
60.000
to 80.000
€.
The Costs
Any
contribution in all their manifestations
always
has
its price. The
head office incurs many expenses in the founding and organising of the
system. National and international publicity and advertising, giving you
full availability of efficient material for promotion and publicity,
leaflets, professional advertising on the Internet, sale signs, large
publicity signboards on the entrance/exits of townships and motorways, and
our own real estate magazine. Maintaining the whole machinery of services
and development, making available all our know-how, use of a recognised
positive image, marketing experts, publicists, secretaries, graphic
designers, I.T experts and lawyers; all at your disposal in the head
office for our collective success.
Due to this franchise costs and advertising costs needs to be payed.
